What You’ll Need

WELCOME!! We’re so excited you found us! If you are new to hot yoga or yoga in general, we hope the information below will be what you need to know what you can expect!

Try and arrive at least 15-20 minutes before class. Arriving early will give you a chance to get changed, be introduced to your teacher, and get settled in and relaxed before your class.

Reusable Water Bottle (we do NOT sell plastic bottles but do provide filtered water to fill your bottles with.)

Try to avoid eating  2 hours before class, but come nourished!

 Arrive well hydrated – drink plenty of water in the hours before class!

Wear clothing you feel comfortable getting sweaty in! You’ll probably want to bring a change of clothes for after.

Arrive 15 minutes prior to class time – in order allow our students to dive into stillness latecomers are NOT permitted!
