Feb 10th (RENEW): A peaceful and supportive restorative practice while Ali introduces the benefits of Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep). Then, set a Sankalpa (intention) for th eNew Year during a guided yoga nidra practice.
March 10th (REBALANCE): During a grounding restorative practice, learn some benefits that essentials oils have when added to your practice or every day life. Experience an enhanced sense of clarity and balance as we combine yoga and oils together.
April 14th (RESTORE): Learn how to meditate and practice restorative yoga with crystals that incite a rejuvenated and cleansed mind. A great way to embrace the Spring season of renewal and just in time for the New Moon on April 15th!
