Yin + Reiki
Dalton and Erin join together the healing energies of REIKI and YIN to promote feelings of deep relaxation and stress reduction for the soul.
What is Yin?
The main body of the practice will be in the Yin Yoga tradition: long, deep holds of postures for 2-5 minutes allow the body to move beyond a muscular level and get into deep tissue work. This is a great practice to help you increase your range of motion.
What is Reiki?
A healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient’s body and restore physical and emotional well-being.
