Brianna Allen

For over a decade of Brianna’s life, yoga has been a practice of perpetual improvement, and self- care, without the telos of perfection. It is a form of exercise where she can cultivate a meditative union between mind and body.

She turns to her mat for mental acuity and physical ability, so that when she steps off of her mat, she is better equipped to navigate the rolling waves of existence with an even keel.

It is her sincere desire to provide an uplifting and energetic experience for her students through a balanced class that is challenging and fun, while providing a safe port where one may ground down amid the stressors of daily life.
